Iowa Land Auction Prices, September 4-10, 2020

Auction activity is ramping up. Results are mixed. There were some good sales and a few that appeared to be on the low end of the value range. One of the farms listed below was heavily discounted because the terraces were set up for 12-row equipment and the market requires a 24-row equipment set up. The market is stable showing a bit of strength as well as offering some buying opportunities on farms with a blemish. Next week will be another very active week for land auctions.
