Iowa Land Auction Prices, July 31-August 6, 2020

There were only three auctions this week. Harrison County topped the market with a River Bottom tract with Luton Soils. Parts of Iowa got much needed rain. Rain in August makes soybeans yield. It is said that one inch of rain in August adds three bushels per acre to soybean yields.
