Iowa Land Auction Prices, July 17-23, 2020

There was not much activity this week, Linn County topped the market at $7,400/acre. A common theme I hear from farm realtors is that the phone calls for fall auctions have really started to pick up and several expect an active fall auction season. Buyers may have more options this fall with a larger inventory for sale.
