Iowa Land Auction Prices, June 19-25, 2020

This week had several auctions across the state. Clay County topped the market with two sales at $9,400/acre. Recreational and pasture tracts sold very well. Sale prices indicate a very stable market. Most of the state had rain this week and several farm realtors indicate good crop conditions in their area.
