Iowa Land Auction Prices, June 12-18, 2020

There was not enough auction activity to test the market this week, but Clay County had a very good auction at $11,300/acre. Union County had a strong sale of a recreational tract. Farm realtors are saying they expect a fairly active sale season this fall as they are getting a fair amount of calls from landowners thinking about selling land.
