Iowa Land Auction Prices, June 5-11, 2020

All land auctions this week were north of Interstate 80, and there was not enough activity to test the market. The Hamilton County auction was a sealed bid auction. The realtor could not disclose the sale price but did say they had good interest and the land was purchased by a local investor buyer. Good farms in strong areas are still selling well.
