Iowa Land Auction Prices, April 24-30, 2020

There was only one auction this week. The realtor felt there was a little softness to the sale (no more than 5%) from COVID-19. In traveling around the state of Iowa, it appears planting progress is going well. Seed bed preparation looks to be good. I would expect the 2020 crop to get off to a good start.
