Iowa Land Auction Prices, March 27-April 2, 2020

One last push this week to wind down the sales season with 2,815 acres auctioned, of which, 2,319 acres were tillable. Auction results are mixed. Some realtors say COVID-19 has had no effect on land prices and some say there is some softening. Farm realtors do agree that buyers are much more cautious than they were 45 days ago.
