Iowa Land Auction Prices, December 13-19, 2019

Auction activity for 2019 is winding down with 2,377 acres auctioned this week, of which 1,985 were tillable. USMCA passed the House of Representatives this week, which is great for agriculture. This market is seeing a lot of pent up demand to buy and rent land. There is a lot of optimism in rural Iowa - something you do not hear about from the current Ag news media.
