Iowa Land Auction Prices, November 29-December 5, 2019

December is starting out very active having 4,366 acres auctioned, of which 3,721 were tillable. Sioux County topped the market again posting a sale for $16,100/acre. There were a couple of “no sales” this week. Realtors stated they would likely get sold in the near term.
