Iowa Land Auction Prices, October 11-17, 2019

Auction activity is steady this week with 1,394 acres offered, of which 1,049 were tillable. I think Sioux County set a record for high price at $18,300/acre. The sale price exceeded the realtor’s expectation by $3,000/acre.
