Iowa Land Auction Prices, September 13-19, 2019

It was a fairly active week with 2,348 acres being offered, of which 1,946 were tillable. One auction in Floyd County sold for $16,500/acre. This sale price includes a premium for the option to rent 744 acres. The sale indicates pent up demand to rent land and the price far exceeded the realtor and seller’s expectations.
