Iowa Land Auction Prices, July 27- August 2, 2018

There was a little more auction activity this week with 1,428 acres being offered, of which 1,142 were tillable. All farms sold. The sales indicate the market is holding up remarkably well. Auction activity will be very slow the next couple of weeks and will really start to pick up at the end of August into September. This will test the market’s stability.
