Iowa Land Auction Prices, June 15-21, 2018

Not many acres were offered for auction this week with 626 acres, of which, 427 acres were tillable.  There were three “no sales.”  Grain markets are starting to be a concern.  Grain markets have gone south the past two weeks due to trade tariffs.  Another concern is the weather, with too much rain in northern Iowa and not enough in southern Iowa.  Not much land auction activity is queued up for the next 30 days.
