Iowa Land Auction Prices, April 20-26, 2018

There was a little more auction activity this week, with 913 acres offered. Of those acres, 613 were tillable. There were a couple of “no sales,” and not enough land sold to test the market. The pasture tract in Poweshiek County sold really high. Corn planting is beginning in the state of Iowa.
