Iowa Land Auction Prices, February 16-22, 2018

A few more acres were offered for auction this week as compared to last week. 2,488 acres were auctioned, of which 2,383 were tillable. One farm was a “no sale” and this was an attorney sealed bid auction. Note how many farms sold over $9,000/acre. The market indicates strong pricing for quality land.
