Iowa Land Auction Prices, February 9-15, 2018

More acres were offered for auction this week as compared to last week. 2,245 acres were auctioned, of which 1,888 were tillable. All farms sold. Prices were very strong in Benton, Plymouth and Clinton Counties. Realtors continue to comment on the strength of the market and the market continues to be very stable.
