Iowa Land Auction Prices, December 29, 2017-January 4, 2018

Happy New Year! There was only one auction this week. The farm sold for over $1,000/acre more than the realtor expected. Access & frontage was on a dirt county road. The land was just coming out of CRP and needed to have trees cleaned off to put it back into crop production. There were not enough sales to test the market.
