Iowa Land Auction Prices, December 22-28, 2017

Greetings! There were two auctions this week. Both farms sold. The 2018 cash rent on the farm in O’Brien County is $400/acre. Prices continue to be stable to strong. Here are the highlights:

• 160 acres sold in Franklin County- $6,200/acre- 135 tillable acres- CSR2- 77
• 73 acres sold in O’Brien County- $12,800/acre- 69 tillable acres- CSR2- 97
