Iowa Land Auction Prices, December 8-14, 2017

Greetings! Fewer acres of land were auctioned this week as compared to last. 4,481 acres of land were offered, of which 3,945 acres were tillable. There were several “no sales” and after visiting with the realtors, it sounds like the farms will likely sell. Sale prices continue to be stable to strong. Here are the highlights:
