Iowa Land Auction Prices, December 1-7, 2017

Greetings! More acres of land were auctioned this week as compared to last. 5,284 acres of land were offered, of which 4,260 acres were tillable. There were a couple of “no sales.” On one of the “no sales,” the realtor felt the sale would be negotiated. For the most part, all farms sold very well. Here are the highlights:

  • 241 acres sold in Calhoun County- offered in four tracts:
