Iowa Land Auction Prices, November 17-23, 2017

Greetings! Fewer acres of land were auctioned this week as compared to last. 4,088 acres of land were offered, of which 3,192 acres were tillable. There was one “no sale” but the realtor thought he would get the farm sold this week. Investor buyers are being very aggressive currently. They are being very competitive at land auctions.
