Greetings! No auctions this week due to the 4th of July holiday. Seven land auctions are on deck next week so please check back to stay current. I do want to emphasize the low amount of farmland for sale. This presents a great opportunity to sell. It is my opinion that if you are thinking of selling in the short term, the market can work for you. Get your farm on the market with a reputable farm realtor who has high standards of professionalism and ethics, and has the capability to auction land. This is a seller’s market!
